Peyton Manning is taking charge of the offense already, decked out in the Broncos jersey for the first time Monday morning at the start of a three-day mini-camp for the Denver Broncos.

I'll give him an "8," Dick. He's got a decent beat, and his footwork is something I think I can dance to.

Stokley"s got the experience and runs precise routes. Decker's faster and hopefully will be more percise learning from a guy like Stokley. I see a different role for Decker in that position. One thing I really liked about Decker was he jumped at the oportunity to work out with Manning from the beginning. Gotta give him credit for taking the time to know Manning get the timing down and develop a relationship. I'm not sure why other recievers other than a TE didn't take the same oportunity.

Manning looks sharp I think he has surprised most of his critics. He looks ready to throw 25+ touchdowns this year. One concern I do have with the offense is all the dropped balls last year by Decker and Thomas. One can only hope that those drops were the results of some erratic passing. They won't have that excuse this year.

I loved seeing his footwork. Clean and crisp. I liked the response of the receivers. This is exciting!!

Manning is thrilled to be back. I think he likes his receivers.

Elway was a wind up thrower. We've never anyone (IMO) who can get the ball out faster than Manning. It'll be interesting how much we end up relying on his arm. I could see 40 TDs and I can imagine 25 TDs next yr. I hope it's the former since I think we'll need it.

Oh man I am really worried after that video. Did you see how pathetic most of his throws were? Seriously did anyone notice any of his throws that went higher than the guys numbers? I'm just too sick to my stomach to go back and look. Tebow's arm was way stronger I'm going to be dreaming about how some of his throws were so high the receivers couldn't even get to them. Now that's arm strength!!!!!!!

I'll give him a 9.5. The guy's been on the shelf for a long, long time. Gonna be cool to see them practice against this defense. Fantastic practice for both sides.

TJ, in your opinion, do you think our defense is better than what the Colts offered during the Manning years?
