Make a tackle, suffer a stroke. Yikes.

Good Morning, Broncos fans! As we've discussed here before, it's been a particularly rough go for the Bills and their fans of late.

The team's founder and owner, Ralph Wilson, passed away, presumably accelerating a move out of Buffalo.

HOF passer Jim Kelly, who is among those trying to keep the team in Western New York, is facing a grueling cancer battle.

STFU, Holmgren

Good Morning, Broncos fans! Wait, did we suggest yesterday that there would be little in the way of news out of Dove Valley? Whoops.

Obviously, Orlando Franklin's reported move to left guard qualifies as enough big news for one day.

But we also forgot that the regular season schedule is going to be released soon - perhaps Wednesday or Thursday.

Broncos to try Franklin at LG, Clark at RT

The Broncos have informed Orlando Franklin that he'll be shifting over to left guard, at least temporarily.

According to Mike Klis, the move is as much as anything about keeping Chris Clark in the lineup.

Clark, who filled in admirably for Ryan Clady at left tackle last year, will presumably take over for Franklin at right tackle.

Four players sign restricted tenders

Mitch Unrein has signed his RFA tender, while Tony Carter, Duke Ihenacho, and Brandon Marshall have signed their ERFA tenders.

The four players received their tenders in early March, and they signed them in time to participate in Monday's start of the Broncos' conditioning program.

Broncos hosting Mosley, Gilbert

The Broncos are reportedly hosting Alabama linebacker C.J. Mosley today and tomorrow.

Late in February, Cecil Lammey reported the team was interested in the Tide's leading tackler, even suggesting they would consider trading up for him.

Broncos kick off conditioning today

Good Morning, Broncos fans! The 2014 NFL Draft is still 2.5 weeks away, so there likely won't be much in the way of real news for the forseeable future.

As always, we'll make do as best we can; today's start of Denver's offseason conditioning program will have to suffice.

Perhaps we'll hear that Peyton Manning and (an uncovered) Emmanuel Sanders are developing a nice rapport.

Raiders likely to cut Pryor

Good Morning, Broncos fans! The rapid fall of Terrelle Pryor is apparently about to reach its conclusion.

According to Alex Marvez, the Raiders plan to cut the young man who opened the 2013 season as their starting quarterback, unless they're able to trade him by tomorrow.

Pryor was the last player ever drafted by the late Al Davis, with a 2011 supplemental third-rounder.

Saban clears up Manning’s and Gase’s visit(s)

Good Morning, Broncos fans! The Manning/Gase/Saban/CBA mini-controversy should blow over as quickly as it arrived.

Nick Saban did his best to help that happen, as he clarified his own remarks about having visited/chatted/met with his former assistant, Adam Gase, and Peyton Manning.

Said Saban of the idea that a CBA violation had occurred:

Broncos hosted OSU LB Shazier

According to Mike Klis, the Broncos hosted Ohio State linebacker Ryan Shazier at Dove Valley on Tuesday.

Contrary to Klis's report, Shazier did not run the forty at the combine, but his 4.38-second time at OSU's pro day was faster than any linebacker ran in Indy.
