Patriots stomp Colts, reach sixth Super Bowl in 14 seasons

The Patriots destroyed the Colts 45-7 at Foxboro on Sunday, and will take on the Seahawks in their sixth Super Bowl appearance since 2001. Tom Brady threw three touchdown passes, including one to former CU Buff Nate Solder, and LeGarrette Blount rushed for 148 yards and three scores.

New England won three titles in a four-year span from 2001 to 2004, but lost to the underdog Giants in 2007 and 2011. Brady's sixth SB start will break John Elway's record in that category.
