Enjoy the games, and Go Raiders!
Their resulting punt wouldn't have gotten a first down.
Must be some kind of record.
Raiders facing a 3rd and 48 yards to go. lol.
Well, at least the Raiders are spicing things up. Allen really tries to give his players a chance to make game-changing plays. Good for such a young team because of the ripple effect on their confidence.
I doubt Gase leaves. He still needs more experience, and the Raheem Morris experience will make teams shy when signing such a young coach, even after the greatest offensive season in history.
Houston fans have seen and done all kinds of ugly this season. It will be a year to scrub with brain bleach for sure.
Ah, I missed that. That team is in real trouble, what with another bearer of the pick-six tradition, the 2-4 record (it´s in the bag) and the 14 turnovers in the season...
And Yates continues the team streak of pick-sixes.
There are going to be paper bags in the stands in Houston pretty soon.
Schaub took an ugly sack. He's not coming back for a while.
Little Donnie Avery coughs it up.
And TJ Yates is in? Has Kubiak thrown the towel on this season or what? They´re only in the 3rd quarter.
He can return to Denver as the OC when Gase picks his head coaching destination this off season.
Houston is imploding without the help of Schaub, Minnesota can´t do anything worth a lick, the Browns are smothering the Lions with the help of a sleepwalking Stafford... Greatest slate of games this season undoubtedly.
Damn, Schaub looked like he might have sprained both ankles on that play.
TJ Yates now being cheered specifically because he isn't Matt Schaub.
Kubiak might not last through the season.
The Oakland chiefs game isn't a defensive battle, it's a whose offense sucks less.
How about cheering for Kansas to lose. That's what I'm doing
Most of the remaining fans are sticking around to boo the Texans.
I've sorry, I couldn't hear you over the snoring....the OAK/KC groaner isn't any better. Alex Smith is 7 of 19 for 60 next yards (after deducting sacks).
That's the rookie, Matt Elam.
Lots of snoozefests today. Must be because Schaub hasn´t picked-six yet.
Cheap fucking play by # 26 of Ravens. Just destroyed some poor guys' knee by intentionally going low when he didn't need to.
That Packers/Ravens game is a real barn burner.
This series illustrates perfectly the biggest area where Pryor still has enormous work to do. Clock management and damage control. I don´t know how KC can be happy about being blanked out by the Raiders in the first half, though.
Actually during the game I have no problem getting excited, it´s just after that I feel jaded because of the predictability that comes from utter woefulness. So smart groovy businesses should definitely step up their pitch in the 3rd quarter, is what I´m saying.
About a sister-kissing tie? That works okay for me.
KC fans are like 12-year olds who believe they´re the best in the world challenging you to a fight with an ice-cream cone in their hands, while Raiders fans are like wasted 16 year-olds after a slew of out-of-control parties. The latter cause more trouble, no doubt, but the former are even more exasperating.
Shroomin' would be the best possible way to watch a Broncos/Jaguars game.
Chiefs fans have no idea how to react to success because they so rarely experience any. Say what you want about the Raider organization, but they've accomplished way more than the Chiefs, with their pathetic 20 year drought between playoff wins and their disgusting second hand chop.
I firmly believe after seeing Pryor a few times over the last weeks that in one year, while conventional media will continue to blow air up Smith´s ass because of KC´s improved record, advanced stat writers and smart analysts will give the edge to the Raiders at QB.
Watching the game it's pretty crazy how Smith absolutely won't throw the ball down field. Every throw is within five yards of the line of scrimmage either to Charles or the tight end. Get a lead on KC and take the run game away and that offense will be totally unable to do anything.
Absolutely, and seeing "Go Raiders" on a Broncos site will always prompt me to wonder if I ingested hallucinogenic mushrooms in the morning.
I would take Pryor over him any day of the week.
Any team with a good offense (capable of sustaining drives) not prone to mistakes will have the upper hand against them. Smith is just a liability when the onus is on him to produce.
No, I agree. It's far more beneficial to the Broncos for the Raiders to win. It's just so weird to be pulling for Oakland.
Rooting to a tie in Chuffs-Haters game. Just can't root for either team but an Oak win would obviously be a boon for us. But you inow what.... hm.... My gf's dad is staying with us and is from KC. But he rooted for the Cardinals against my Dodgers yesterday so I decided to root for Oakland just to annoy him. So there!
Yeah, I wondered for a second if I had stepped into the Twilight Zone there. But between the fact I actually respect their efforts this year, and that I´m tired of KC fans believing their team is unbeatable this year, I agree with IAOFM´s sentiment.
Go Raiders!? That just seems so wrong.
Three sacks for Oakland in the first quarter. KC is going to get pole-axed as soon as they play a decent team.
I've got Raiders vs Chiefs on but can't decide if I'm going to stick with it. Raiders are gonna have to play really well
