Miami is reportingly willing to trade WR Davone Bess for a mid-round pick, and the Browns are said to be the most interested team. (8:36pm ET)

Alabama's team doctor says corner Dee Milliner, who had a labral tear in his shoulder surgically repaired, should be ready to go by training camp. (6:50pm ET)

Mississippi State corner Darius Slay reportedly has a torn meniscus in his knee. (10:40am ET)

Arizona signed four players; Green Bay waived RB Brandon Saine and LB D.J. Smith; new Browns LB Quentin Groves was arrested in a solicitation sting. (8:10pm ET)

ESPN and NFLN have taken their ceasefire on tipping picks to another level, and their reporters will not tip them on Twitter either.

Pick-specific Rumors

The Chiefs and Dolphins have reportedly resumed talks about a deal which would potentially send a second-rounder to Kansas City in exchange for franchise-tagged tackle Branden Albert. KC GM John Dorsey says the two sides haven't agreed on compensation, which suggests the Dolphins have a contract structure with Albert. Dorsey also says he's fielded calls regarding the #1 overall pick, while there's talk that Kansas City prefers Central Michigan's Eric Fisher over A&M's Luke Joeckel if it uses the pick. (8:10pm ET)

Raiders GM Reggie McKenzie says he's gotten a lot of calls about the #3 pick; he figures to want to move back, since Huebris Jackson's moronic trade for Carson Palmer means Oakland doesn't currently pick again until #66. (8:00am ET)

Philly has reportedly narrowed their choices down to four prospects for the #4 pick, where they would be unlikely to take a quarterback. (8:00am ET)

The Dolphins have been rumored to be interested in moving both up and down from the #12 pick. (8:00am ET)

Vikings GM Rick Spielman says he's surprised by the amount of interest from other teams in the #23 and #25 picks he now possesses. (10:40am ET)

Prospect-specific Speculation

FSU QB E.J. Manuel says the Eagles are hot for him, but that the LOLJets, Bills, and Browns have also expressed interest in drafting him. (6:50pm ET)

Word out of Baltimore is the Ravens could move up for Oklahoma tackle Lane Johnson, but Arizona, who picks seventh, is also said to be interested in Johnson. (6:50pm ET)

There's buzz about BYU DE Ziggy Ansah moving into the top five picks tomorrow night. (11:47am ET)

One report says the Bills are worried that the LOLJets will take QB Ryan Nassib ahead of their own second-round pick, but Peter King and Albert Breer are hearing Buffalo prefers USC's Matt Barkley to Nassib, who played under new Bills coach Doug Marrone at Syracuse. (6:50pm ET)

Tony Pauline hears the Falcons (#30) are hot for BSU corner Jamar Taylor. (11:42am ET)

Georgia LB Jarvis Jones is hearing a lot of chatter that the LOLJets are interested in him. (10:00am ET)

Although some think Tank Carradine will drop to Denver at #28, Tony Pauline hears there's a lot of interest in the FSU defensive end prior to the Broncos' slot. (8:00am ET)
