Peyton Manning says he's feeling "pretty sore" after enduring a pair of low hits during Denver's 28-20 win over San Diego, and will undergo an MRI on Monday.
Early in the second quarter, Peyton was sacked for a six-yard loss by Larry English, who grabbed Manning around the ankles and twisted him down to the ground.
Inside the two-minute warning, Manning iced the game with a nine-yard completion to Demaryius Thomas on 2nd-and-7, and Corey Liuget appeared to come in low and late, hitting Peyton around his right knee.
Liuget was not flagged on the play, and Manning was forced to burn a timeout so as not to be taken off the field after having received medical attention.
Manning reportedly sprained both of his ankles during Denver's Week 6 win over Jacksonville.
