Broncos

9:50 pm A sign Dawkins is gone?  On the Broncos' website, #20 is now listed as Mike Adams.  UPDATE: Broncos corrected minutes later.

9:26 pm Cecil Lammey exchanging tweets with DMac and getting a little irritated: @dmac1043 evaluators don't care about Tebow fans, it has more to do w/on field product, always does, anything else is media BS... I talk to every team in the league, NOT media guys...evaluators, scouts, front office guys - there's 0 market for TT

8:59 pm Schefter: WR Eddie Royal agreed to terms with the Chargers.

This signing makes sense for the Chargers and for Eddie.  The Chargers employ a lot of seven-step drops and longer routes--somethig Royal excelled at in his rookie season using double moves. Although Eddie played nice and said the right things last year, we knew he wasn't going to stick around for Tebowmania, Chapter 2.

8:34 pm Jason La Canfora: Free-agent LB Jameel McClain is visiting DenverFriday, according to a league source. McClain broke into the league with the Ravens in 2008 and played four seasons in Baltimore, notching 201 tackles and 4.5 sacks. He first saw regular time as a starter in 2010, starting 15 games. He started every game last season.

6:42 pm Vic Lombardi is hearing that Brian Dawkins still wants to play but hasn't made a decision yet about 2012.

10:45 pm Morten$en also reports that Manning may not decide before the Cardinals have to make a decision on Kevin Kolb tomorrow.

Translation: Cards aren't really in this deal.

9:54 pm CAA client, Chri$ Morten$en, reports: On Manning - no, I don't believe has made decision or it is imminent. Negotiations with all teams alive part of process, like medicals.

Translation: I continue to help Tom Condon drive up the price for the team he's probably already chosen.

9:15 pm DMac freaking out and needing Xanax: Not a good sign. Hutchison and manning same agent not a good sign. Listen anything can happen but read the tea leaves

8:20 pm Colorado's Governor (Hickenlooper) said he'd call Maning, too, "If I could get his number."

8:15 pm More from Vic: I think it's still a 3-horse race. Den-Tenn-Az. Until tomorrow afternoon, Cards still very much in this thing.
