Tough to discern which is the more courageous act - staying on the field for more than seven minutes as large humans run by, or the willingness to be subjected to Raiders/Chiefs for that long.

Oh, and I know I'm not the only one who sees the irony of a bunch of raiders fans booing someone for kicking a pigeon. Now, savagely beating someone wearing the other team's colors, that's encouraged -- cheered on, even. But don't be kicking a bird.

I saw several things worth pointing out.
1. I'm impressed that two teams this craptastic were actually professional enough to basically ignore the thing over the majority of the video.
2. Damn there's a lot of loafing going on with these teams between plays. My high school coach would have had my ass for walking back to the huddle after a play like that.
3. The quality of the product on the field was enhanced by a pigeon. Their team was playing in a relatively close (score-wise) game against a supposed hated rival and you're spending this much energy watching a bird on the field.

It's a good time to be a Broncos fan, and as bad a time as ever to be a fan of either the chiefs or raiders.

LOL Crazy.

I once attended a Browns-Jets game in Cleveland that the home team lost, 6-3. The only redeeming facet of the entire experience was watching Curtis Martin ... run into the same plugged gaps over and over again. It was more fun watching the fans jeering some godforsaken guy in a Pennington jersey who somehow ended up in the middle of the Dawg Pound.

The very next weekend, the Browns and Bengals nearly reset the record for points scored in a game. Missed it by one miserable week!

They were booing before that. That was the most competent player on the field between those two teams...I'd boo too.

That was quick thinking by the sound crew to play "Freebird" over the P.A. system...lol.
