Falcons, Rams request interviews with Adam Gase for OC positions

Just like that, Adam Gase has gone from hot head coaching candidate to hot offensive coordinator candidate. According to multiple reports, the Falcons have requested a chance to interview Gase to run their offense, as the Rams did earlier in the day.

What's weird about that, is Atlanta already met two weeks ago with Gase about their head coaching vacancy, which still hasn't been filled. Anyway, it's being suggested that Gase could potentially end up Atlanta's OC under Teryl Austin or Dan Quinn, if one of them lands the head gig.

Accoring to Mike Florio, we could also see Jacksonville and Cleveland seek meetings with Gase about their OC vacancies. Gase turned down a chance to interview for the Browns' head job a year ago, and Mike Klis says he's already a candidate in Jacksonville.
