The arrest warrant for Perrish Cox was released today, and several Broncos are mentioned in the affidavit. The alleged victim in the sexual assault case spent a night out in September of 2010 with Cox, WR Demaryius Thomas, and her friend Carthy Che, who was dating Cox at the time. Che and the woman both believed they had been drugged the prior night, and the next morning the alleged victim suspected that she had been raped despite not recalling having had intercourse.
The woman only became certain that she had had sex that night upon discovering she was pregnant the following month. She initially believed she had been assaulted by Thomas, but DNA tests later taken proved that her pregnancy had been fathered by Cox. Thomas and CB Cassius Vaughn, who was a roommate of Cox's at the time, were both ruled out as suspects via DNA testing. Additionally, the alleged victim was dating LB Wesley Woodyard at the time she discovered her pregnancy.
The affidavit in its entirety (with the alleged victim's name redacted) can be found here via CBS Denver.
