Dallas adds Mincey; Beason chooses Giants over Broncos

The Cowboys have quickly replaced DeMarcus Ware with former Jaguars and Broncos DE Jeremy Mincey.

According to Alex Marvez, Mincey signed for two years and $4.5M, including $2M guaranteed.

Mincey had reunited with former Jags head coach Jack Del Rio in December, after Jacksonville had cut him.

The former New England draftee saw significant playing time in Denver's last two regular season games but was limited to 48 snaps over their three postseason games.

Meanwhile, linebacker Jon Beason re-signed with the Giants. According to Mike Klis, Denver had tried to sign Beason away and reunite him with John Fox, under whom he played four seasons in Carolina.
