As the Broncos move into the offseason a little sooner than planned, we now know they will pick 28th overall in the upcoming NFL draft.
Denver has six picks, with either a sixth- or seventh-rounder heading to Philadelphia to complete the 2011 trade for Brodrick Bunkley.
Areas to target would appear to be defensive tackle (as always), middle linebacker, safety, interior line, and potentially left tackle and wide receiver, depending upon the team's long-term plans for Ryan Clady and wideouts Eric Decker and Demaryius Thomas.
Of course, we'd also submit that taking a kicker (very) late in the draft, or signing one as an undrafted free agent, would be a very wise idea.
